Bio-Oil

Probably our biggest shoot yet, we’re especially proud of this piece because the creative for this Bio Oil campaign came from our dear friends at Hardy Boys and they entrusted us to shoot this in Durban. So not only is it a fantastic campaign, but it’s a homage to Durban and its outstanding creative, crew, locations and talent available here.

The campaign, Own Your Skin, was to highlight that Bio-Oil gives you the confidence to do the things you’ve always wanted by inspiring you to own your skin, to feel comfortable in your body. The campaign follows five characters who are using their bodies to bring joy into their lives.

Masterbrand

We created a 60 second film showcasing the steps each protagonist goes through on their journey to owning their flaws, skin, talents and lives.

Dry-Skin Gel Cutdown

A 30 second cutdown of the Masterbrand film displaying only the the application of the new Dry-Skin gel.

The unique gel-to-oil texture absorbs easily and creates a protective film to resist moisture loss and restore dry skin to its optimal hydrated state.

Skincare Oil Cutdown

Another cutdown we did from the Masterbrand, now only highlighting the benefits of well-known and much loved and praised skincare oil.

A specialist skin treatment oil, Bio-Oil has been specifically formulated to:

• Support the skin during pregnancy and periods of rapid growth to help maximise skin elasticity and reduce the formation of stretch marks (striae)
• Help improve the appearance of scarring (new and old) and help maintain elasticity of scar tissue on joints and other high mobility areas
• Hydrate dry skin to improve skin comfort and appearance
