Over the years we have made several trips to West Africa to produce work for Diagio via the the fantastic online film hub Genero.

The following two pieces were separate campaigns for Orijin.

Root To Bottle:

Arguably our most fun shoot to date, we wrote the piece in a way that would allow both us and viewers to explore a wide range of flavours, textures and environments across Ghana. Having said that, the interiors were shot locally in South Africa, using a cast of West African talent based in Durban.  The goal of the piece was to drive home recognition of both Orijin’s distinct taste and circular logo.

Live Orijinal:

A 30" TVC filmed in both Accra and Durban, and our lead was a Ghanain, Kofi, living in Johannesburg.  The focus of the piece was developing a unique fabric design with local Ankara printers in Accra, which we then developed into a one-of-a-kind suit. The piece was scripted, directed and produced by Scholars Film.
